Squats are a great exercise to build muscle mass on the legs. If you’re working really heavy weights, never break parallel (sitting lower than knee level) to protect your knee joints. A very simple easy to make recipe for weaning baby. As the on going rush about National Nutrition Week all of you must be well aware about the importance of first #1000days in the life of a baby i.e. from the time of conception to two years. A good foundation for long term healthy life is laid at infancy. ❤The importance of nutrition during pregnancy.
❤The importance if first milk from mother's breasts - #colostrum and exclusive breast feeding for first 6 months.
❤The importance of weaning i.e. starting feeding baby from outside at 6months of age along with breast milk.
So, here's a quick and simple recipe for all the beautiful mom's out there to feed their buds🚼.
INGREDIENTS
⏺Makhana(fox nuts/ lotus seeds) ⏺Oats ⏺Milk (cow)🍼🐄
⏺Dates
⏺Dessicated coconut🌴
⏺Ghee
⏺Banana🍌
METHOD
⏺Soak dates in warm milk. ⏺Roast Makhana and oats. Grind them in a mixture to fine powder along with Dessicated coconut. ⏺Make a smooth paste of dates and milk. Mash the banana alongside. ⏺Take ghee in a pan. Roast the grinded mixture in the ghee and add the dates paste.
⏺Switch off the flame and add mashed banana.
⏺Cool it.
⏺Serve it to your bud🚼🚼❤

Aujourd’hui, c’est mon anniversaire 😁! Et oui je vieillis… 26 ans.
Je savais que l’année de mes 25 ans allait m’apporter un nouveau souffle 💨 ! Année où je me suis à la musculation 🏋🏾‍♀️, ou j’ai décidé de me reprendre en main (prendre du poids, rééquilibrage alimentaire, l’année où j’ai décidé de faire un tour du monde 🌎 avec mon homme J-7).

🔆Une année où j’ai découvert de nouvelles passions : le fitness et la nutrition ;
.
Un post qui me tient à cœur ☺️, un aperçu en image de façon brève sur 4 années 2015-2018.
.
▪️2014 : 48 kg no sport, une alimentation non équilibrée.
Suite à une rupture amoureuse douloureuse j’ai perdu du poids rapidement sans faire de sport (appétit coupé).
▪️Mi 2014, début de la course 🏃🏽‍♀️ ▪️2015 : poids 43 kg
▪️2016 : poids 38 kg (période d’anorexie, tca…), les photos peuvent être un peu choquantes…
▪️2017 : reprise en main 41 kg
▪️2018 : 47 kg, début musculation

Je suis fière de moi, fière de tout ce chemin parcouru. Mes 26 ans marqueront le départ qu’une nouvelle étape dans ma vie. Je vais réaliser mon rêve🤩, faire un tour du monde avec l’homme que j’aime le plus au monde et qui a vu mon évolution.
