TOMATO SPINACH SHRIMP PASTA

2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz (220g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or more, to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
6 oz fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz (220g) pene or spaghetti
2 tablespoons high quality olive oil, optional
1. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large skillet, on medium-low heat. Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, paprika, Italian seasoning and salt in the skillet and cook on medium heat until shrimp is grilled cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh basil leaves, fresh spinach, and chopped garlic. Cook on medium heat about 3- 5 minutes until spinach wilts just a little and tomatoes release some of their juice. Remove from heat and adjust seasoning, if needed. Cover with a lid and keep off heat.
3. Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the tomatoes and spinach. Reheat on low heat, mix everything well, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

4. Once pasta and veggies are off heat, add grilled shrimp back and drizzle with good quality olive oil just before serving, for an extra taste. 150 gr tempe potong dadu
100 gr tahu potong dadu
1 liter santan
3 sdt garam
1 sdt lada
2 lembar daun salam

6 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
2 siung bawang merah
½ ruas jahe
½ ruas lengkuas
1 ruas kunyit
10 buah cabai rawit

Lontong secukupnya
Bawang goreng secukupnya
Telur rebus

Cara pembuatan:
1. Haluskan bahan bumbu dengan blender hingga halus. Sisihkan. 
2. Siapkan teflon yang berisi minyak, lalu panaskan. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang.
3. Setelah harum, tambahkan santan cair ke dalam tumisan bumbu. Masak kuah hingga mendidih.
4. Setelah mendidih masukkan ayam, tempe, tahu, daun salam, lada dan garam yang telah dipotong dadu. Masak hingga kuah berkurang seperempatnya. Sisihkan setelah matang.
5. Setelah matang siapkan lontong dan telur rebus di dalam mangkuk. Tambahkan ayam, tahu dan tempe di atasnya. Lalu siram dengan kuah santan.

So recently basically all my meals and snacks have been unsupervised, so I’ve had the choice to eat them. I have eaten everything every single time to practice. 
It’s so so hard being so close to a bin, but fighting to eat everything. 
I never thought I had the strength to do this, but I do. 
We are all capable of beating our Ed’s because we are stronger than them. 
So when you have the choice between eating or throwing in the bin, think of it as a choice between a happy life or anorexia. 
Because every bite you take is gaining a life. 
Every time you let it win, you take a step back to anorexia. 
You don’t need anorexia. 
You are stronger than her ❤️❤️

INGREDIENTS
1 (14-16) pound turkey, giblets and neck removed, patted dry2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature2 tablespoons fresh sage, plus more for stuffing the bird2 tablespoons fresh thyme, plus more for stuffing the bird3 tablespoons fresh parsleyzest of 1 lemon3 teaspoons kosher salt1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper1 piece large of double lined cheesecloth2 lemons, halved1 garlic head, tips sliced off1 onion, halved7-8 cups low sodium chicken or turkey broth
WHITE WINE PAN GRAVY
1 cup white wine
4 tablespoons salted butter
6 tablespoons all-purpose flourdrippings from the turkey
2-3 cups low sodium chicken or turkey broth, as needed
1 tablespoon fresh chopped sagekosher salt and black pepper, to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
•Remove the turkey from the fridge one hour before roasting. Remove the giblets + neck and rinse the bird off, pat dry and allow to come to room temperature.
•To make the compound butter, finely chop the sage, thyme + parsley and add to a bowl with the butter. Add the lemon zest, salt and pepper, mix well to combine, making sure the butter is smooth and the herbs evenly mixed throughout.
•Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Position a rack in the lower third of the oven.
•Place the turkey in a large roasting pan.
•Season the cavity of the turkey with salt and pepper and fill the cavity with the, lemons, garlic and onion. Gently lift the skin of the turkey by using your fingers and going in between the skin and body of the bird. Who here uses #natural sunscreen? 
I've only recently started making my own due to the controversy around wearing too much sunscreen and whether it could in fact increase your risk of skin cancer rather than decreasing it. 
I'm a firm believer that there are better ways to minimise sun exposure, such as staying in the shade, wearing long clothing, a hat, and sunnies, and that sunscreen should be thought of as more of a last resort.

I personally dislike the taste of cilantro, so I didn’t get the burrito - the lime chicken they put in burritos 🌯 had a tinge of cilantro in it. So I was kinda forced to ordered tacos 🌮, AND IT WAS AMAZING! Would definitely come again when I start craving some Mexican ‘fast food’ 🤤
