Then vs now, both of the top photos are photos of my body that I didn’t take myself, so they aren’t posed in a certain way to make me look different. My weight loss journey has been erratic, I struggle with my weight and eating and my weight loss has fluctuated massively up and down after I lost all the weight, I have to stop myself weighing myself daily and I struggle to keep my diet consistent, I’m heavier than my lowest (unhealthy) weight and sometimes feel like I’ve failed but I’ve still made a huge difference and the progress shows for itself.

Food for today! Breakfast was crunchy  bran with milk and Chia seeds. Fully fit my protein and fibre with all this. If only 😂... yesterday was the worst day with Florrie.. from 5am-9pm she hardly slept, and screamed. I really wish I was exaggerating but im not lol. She did sleepy from 9-4am tho 🤷🏻‍♀️ and seems abit more settled today thank the lord. P.s Dairy Free milk in coffee 🤢🤢 .

If my page is lacking vegetables & fruit. I was recently (after years of stomach troubles) diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. After seeing a dietician and bowel specialist and trying alooooot of medicine we are now on way to being happier and healthier! When you are in a social occasion and are offered a coffee, a meal, … anything that you weren’t expecting to have, what do you think of straight away? Is it ‘damn, I shouldn’t have had breakfast - I’m gonna go over on my carbs/calories today’ or ‘let’s see how much what is the lowest calorie thing on the menu so that I can track it easily and don’t have to cut so much on food later’ or even just make an excuse that you are full and don’t want any food that is being offered. (As in free food. I mean, are you for real? What the hell are you thinking really 🙄?)

#breakfast used the last of my granola today so it was more like 1.5 #hexb. Love the kellogs sugar free granola even the super hard apricots have grown on me. I may buy some more or get some sfv fruit and fiber ( use it as a hexb syn the the difference ). Served the granola with a tiny orange, 1 syn of chia seeds and 0.5 syns of @alpro go on yogurt.
