All my food today - swipe to see ⏭ breakfast was a yoghurt with pineapple and grapes (203 calories). Lunch was crackers, 2 light cheese triangles, pickle with a bag of carrots and cucumber (279 calories). I then had a protein bar and some more carrots and cucumber for a snack because I was starving 😫 (287 calories) and dinner is a @marksandspencerfoodpr cottage pie meal for one (374 calories) - so impressed with the meal for one range from there even tho they are not in the low calorie section most of them are relatively low! My day ending on 1,143 calories.

First meal of the day! Going back to tracking macros for a week or 2 just to get my head back fully in the game! Ham salad butty using HEB, 1/3rd of a HEA in some GoGo cheese spread, red onion, tomatoes, spinach and a pack of Velvet Crunch for 4 syns. Washed down with a 500ml bottle of water. In the zone!

Feeling better for making better food choices! I went shopping and bought loads of fresh food and some sugar free sweets for when I inevitably crave sugar.

How many plans can one girl try, you ask? πŸ˜‚ it’s taken me a few days to get my head back to normal after Cambridge. I was very overwhelmed and it led to a mini binge last night which physically made me vom. Not even joking, I felt horrendous. Anyway, so I reminded myself who I am, what I’m doing and what I enjoy and I felt better. Well I say that, yet today almost took a bad turn too, but luckily I stopped myself in my tracks walking downstairs to get a biscuit and told myself off! so I’m taking that as a brain reboot and I’m back in the game πŸ’ͺ🏼 my tummy is still super sore but I’m off to gym circuits tonight, then meeting my lovely photographer and then heading to lidls to get stuff for a lean healthy chilli! Bens off on his stag (oh Lordie) so I’ll then be taking myself off home to get comfycosy, binge watch @whitneyysimmons to get my head back into this and getting an early night. If I can survive the bogeyman that I always convince myself comes to haunt me when bens away. πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚ but anyway, so yeah- I’ve done ALL the plans officially, I’ve trialled them all πŸ˜‚ but who cares as long as you get there right?! πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
