Erythrit und Xylit sind Zuckeralkohole, wobei sich "Alkohol" auf eine chemische Struktur bezieht. Zuckeralkohole sind modifizierte Formen des Zuckers und technisch gesehen kein Zucker. Aus diesem Grund können Lebensmittel, die Erythrit und Xylit enthalten, als "zuckerfrei" gekennzeichnet werden. Während beide natürlich in Früchten und verschiedenen Pflanzen vorkommen, durchlaufen sie unterschiedliche Prozesse, wenn sie kommerziell als Süßungsmittel hergestellt werden. Erythrit wird normalerweise durch Fermentation eines anderen natürlichen Zuckers, Glukose, hergestellt, während Xylit aus Maiskolben oder Bäumen extrahiert wird. Kalorien und Süße Stevia und Erythrit sind kalorienfrei. Sie erhalten etwa 2 #Kalorien für jedes Gramm Xylit, das Sie konsumieren. Dies ist die Hälfte der Kalorienmenge, die in Haushaltszucker enthalten ist. Stevia und Erythrit erhöhen Ihren Blutzucker nicht und Xylit hat kaum Auswirkungen. ◽Ce type d’entraînement sans charges externes est particulièrement efficace pour gagner en explosivité et en toxicité.
On a tendance à penser que les exercices au poids de corps ne permettent pas de progresser.
◽Pour pouvoir progresser il faut tout d'abord augmenter son nombre de répétitions au fur et à mesure mais de corset aussi les exercices en changeant l'angle par exemple vous pouvez mettre les pieds sur une chaise pour faire des pompes où faire des squats sur une jambe.
◽L’avantage de ce type de méthode est qu’elle ne nécessite aucun matériel et peut  facilement se pratiquer n’importe où.
Alors effectivement en musculation pour gagner du volume musculaire ce sera beaucoup plus facile que au poids du corps.

•Leg lifts to reverse crunch 15x
•Bridges 20x
•Tricep Dips 15x
•Straight Leg Sit Up 15x

•Push ups 10x
•Side-lying leg lift 10x each leg

So today was the day of my cake sale (I apologies for the week long spam of baking) but it went really well an I completely sold out! Well minus one brownie that I saved for myself 😂 To my surprise, these vegan peanut butter flapjacks were the best sellers! I though that the older audience would prefer the mince pies but these were super popular (what can I say, they are super delicious 😋) One last even bought 10!! ( not judgement here 😂) They are super easy to make and require only 4-5 ingredients which makes them relatively cheap to make! No need for fancy I get that you’ve never heard of or seen before. So here’s the recipe: •1/4 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
•1/2 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•1 + 3/4 cup Oats (gluten free if necessary)
METHOD: •Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.
•Place the coconut oil, maple syrup, and peanut butter in a pan and place over a low heat. Stirring to combine.
•Add in the oats and mix until the oats are evenly coated
•Pour the mixture into a lines tin and push down with a spatula to create and even layer
•Bake for 12-20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin completely before slicing •melt the chocolate down and dip/ drizzle as desired and then set in the fridge

Happy weekend ❤ Wishing that I had this bowl right now but alas, it's a tupperware lunch kind of day 😢 I'm currently eating some soup with my coat on because this weather has me FREEZING and I cannot get warm 😫 I normally don't like to complain but ughhh this is going to be a long winter. 1. PROTEIN IS A KEY PLAYER IN BUILDING MUSCLE MASS

Nothing is more important than proteins for building muscle mass.  They are the basis for growth, providing amino acids which the body uses to repair the damaged muscles and to ensure new growth. In order to achieve maximum growth and build quality muscle, you also need carbohydrates. They are transformed into glucose, which can be used as a temporary fuel. Also, carbohydrates can increase the insulin levels, which is very important because insulin is the hormone, responsible for storing amino acids in the muscle tissue. Top of the mornin’ to yah ☀️ woke up and made some chocolate chip coconut 🍌 banana spice pancakes with some cacao nibs and coconut flakes 🥥 .
Also I stepped outside for the first time in like two days and could see patches of blue sky ✨ there’s still a ton of smoke 🔥but it’s finally getting better, and it’s the weekend 🤗 so hope everyone’s having a splendid Saturday ✌🏼
