Do you have your own way to gain muscles? 
Under witch circumstances does the muscle grow? 💪🏼 If you look at al the scientific literature out there, we have narrowed it down on how muscle grows to at least 3 different mechanisms.
🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏼
You want to hit all the 3 mechanisms.
⬇️ 1️⃣ The first is the swole, the pump!
The pump acts like a threat to the body, basically saying “grow or die”.
Shorter periods of rest is a good way to start. “The pump” is lactic acid, building up in the muscle, and you want to get as much as possible without doing so much volume that you body can’t recover properly. 
Scientists Jacob Wilson, Ph,D , isolated some muscle fibers, and pored lactic acid over it, and saw that the muscle basically grew! ⬇️
2️⃣ Then we have mechanical stress. Doing bigger weight loads, on compound exercise: Bench press, squat and death lifts, primary, multi joint exercises. 
As far as mass, and optimize the most anabolism, the compound movement is always going to be the center of any training program. Many do this way to advance, and don’t maximize muscle fiber recruitment. 💪🏼 3️⃣ Limiting yourself, is a carousal problem for mostly beginners. Worrying about overtraining, and really not knowing what the body is capable of. 
4️⃣ Studies shows that those who train there muscles more frequently, have more muscle growth, recommended to train every body part 2times a week to maximize muscle growth.

Getting in what I can on holidays.

Going to the gym isnt a huge priority when going on holidays and certainly some places have better facilities than others.
• • •
As working out isnt a priority, I want to be in and out relatively quickly. Todays session consisted of:
A1) Y.T.I as my upperbody activation work.
2 sets x 5 of each
B1) Neutral grip chinups 3x10
B2) Pushups 3x10
C1) Cable Lat Pulldowns 3x12
C2) Overhead Press 3x10
- Rest periods about 30seconds to a minute between supersets
