1 week post show, and its definitely been a crazy one. I've been enjoying little treats throughout the week, but really focused on my macros and getting in my workouts! With my bachelorette party this weekend I am planning to have a good time but be conscious of what I'm putting in my body. Keeping myself hydrated and feeling good! 💦

Agregar jugos verde y batidos a tu dieta puede ser muy beneficioso para tu salud y bienestar en general , siempre han sido y seguirán siendo parte de mi alimentación, 🙋‍♀️
Asegurate de consumirlos por las razones apropiadas, ya que no son una fórmula mágica para adelgazar, desintoxicar tu cuerpo  etc.... 👉estos son mis mejores consejos cuando se trata de incorporarlos en tu alimentación: 
1. cuando usas el extractor,  la fruta exprimida elimina la fibra y libera una gran cantidad de azúcar en el torrente sanguíneo. Esto se puede Mejorar agregando  polvo de #weathgrass, rico en fibra, para ayudar a reducir la velocidad de los azúcares y evitar el colapso posterior
2. asegúrate de que tu jugo/batido sea principalmente de verduras para obtener los máximos beneficios nutricionales! Demasiada azúcar sin la fibra puede causar que los niveles de azúcar e insulina se disparen rápidamente (lo que puede ocasionar acumulación de grasa), yo utilizo un ratio de 3:1

My today’s BBG 2 challenge workout is DONE 💪🏻! I know it’s “meant” for Sundays, but since Sunday is my rest day, I moved it to Saturdays 🙃. Also, when I compared the times, it made me think - you really grow stronger and faster when you exercise regularly 🤸🏼‍♀️. There’s nothing impossible, and the workouts are not getting easier - they’re the same, but it’s YOU who’s getting BETTER 🏋🏼‍♀️. I’m amazed! I’d never have thought that I could do 1000 reps challenge in 43 minutes when my first attempt at this was done in 57 mins. And the second time was the day after my friend’s wedding 👰 - I was hungover and still managed to do everything faster than the first time 🤯. Can I say that I’m proud of myself 🙈? Cause I really am, haha 😅. Also I find it kinda funny that every times it’s always exactly 7 minutes that I “shave off” the workout time 🧐. Maybe 7 is my lucky number after all, I’ve always thought it was 13 😜. Anyway, don’t ever give up on your fitness journey, cause the results can surprise you - and I’m not talking about your body’s shape or your weight loss. I post this because my little bitty girl is turning 7 today! It seems like just yesterday I was holding a little 4 lb 4 oz baby who couldn't wait to be born on her due date cause she was 6 weeks early! If you look at her now you would never believe she was ever that small! We are having a awesome unicorn party and I'm going to try to be present the whole time for her and really soak this all in! Early morning sesh 🏋🏻‍♀️. Whether you are into high intensity workouts or low-impact training getting movement in your day is encouraged, as loooong as you are being conscious of the healthy effects on your body!! Don't strive for injury by over-exceeding your bodies capabilities. Strive for being gentle and kind to your body by listening to how it feels during and after physical movement. I personally like to include light weights in my workouts no more than 5lbs dumbbells!! I am not into lifting heavy weights for more muscle, I get lean and toned with consistent repetition and small weights without the pain of causing any injury. You know how you sometimes tell yourself your fears are irrational? That no WAY could THAT happen?
Yeah. Well.
My wedding dress did not fit.
And not just “not fit”, we’re talking basically 2 sizes too small 😳😳😳
I was mortified, and some woman even asked me if “maybe it was that time of the month?”
I don’t know how I held it together, but I did not cry.
One woman took my measurements, and said they were actually SMALLER than my inches from the first fitting!!!!
So how the eff?!?!!
A second woman measured me too and tried to under play it “well the bust is only a half inch smaller”.... OH YEAH? Only a half inch?
Then how come the dress is so small you had to use ribbon to mark how much material to ADD BACK. 😵😫😡😡😡
Guys, it’s gonna be a while before I calm down.
Worst. Nightmare.
