Yesterday’s work! I did a lot of soul searching. I’m in the process of finding out who I am.. while also trying to put myself first. While trying to stay the course of my journey. SN: it took me a while to post this pic.. a long while.. bc I was a tad bit ashamed that I can’t see or feel like I’m making any progress. (I’m my own worst critic) even tho I know I am.. My endurance is better, I’m losing inches etc.. why are we so hard on ourselves? Whelp anywhos.. keep rocking it #fitfam

I didnt have a great shopping trip this week, unfortunately, but I did the best with what I could! Trying to eat plant based AND plastic free is a real struggle. Why can't everything be bought in bulk?

This is what happens when I try to film an upper body workout.. I get goofy. Honestly the gym isn't all serious 💖 so no reason to be intimidated if you're new fitness!

I'm not sure why I haven't filmed an upper body workout yet because I'm all about a good shoulder and back pump. It's definitely on the to-do list for the near future!

What a Crazy day it was🤯 an unexpected visit from a friend and a crazy bike ride trough Amsterdam because there weren’t any trams riding due to some stupid marathon. I needed to go somewhere and it was an emergency 🚨 Some days all goes wrong, but we were lucky enough and some things worked out. Tbt to back muscles in 2017, I never used to like working back cos I was scared of looking really built and “like a boy” as people would say, that I didn’t show this pic to others for a while, but ngl I’m really proud of what I have achieved boyyy, more gains to come 💪🏾🤪🤪. I’ll also upload 3 of my fave back exercises for you guys in the next few dayss! 😊

Day 7: #mealprepmadness. No actual cooking until tomorrow (gotta get ready for work soon), but here is my $50 grocery haul for the week! I’m starting a 3 week 6 day a week workout routine, and if I can be 100% honest, I’m terrified. I have NEVER worked out 6 days a week and I’m honestly a little nervous going into it because I know how tired & unmotivated I am after a long night at work. But the timing will be perfect for when this #fitgirlsguide challenge will end AND the ending will fall during the time I’ve set aside to go home for a week long visit. So no work, no distractions and no responsibilities other than to tend to myself the last week of both challenges. I hope everyone has had a great weekend and is having a healthy start to a new week. #fitchick #ichoosemyself @fitgirlsguide

Happy Sunday fun day🙌🏻 Started our day out with a morning workout and I wanted to share one of my favorite type of squats that I like to do to really burn out my quads & calves👌🏻🔥.

Place plates under the pads of your feet, squat low to get a deeper stretch in the quads...come up slowly and up on the toes for a calf raise (4 sets, 10-15 reps). Try super-setting these with split Bulgarian lunges and your legs will be screaming😆
