名物は皿そば。でも私はこのぶっかけが一番好き☆
山菜などがたくさん入って出汁も美味しいくて、
混ぜて食べるとまた味わいが違っていいんです☆

そしてお蕎麦といえば蕎麦湯。
このお店の蕎麦湯がまた美味しい♪

この辺りはお蕎麦やさんだらけなのでお店選びに困ります。
全部のお店に入ったことはありませんが、
何軒か行ってやっぱりこのお店がお気に入り♪

看板が独特なので見つけやすいと思います。
また通し営業されているので、ランチ時間帯が

My new “to-go” protein shake for breakfast or for post workout. I used the Buckwheat I cooked yesterday, my intent was to make “oatmeal” with it but I was so hot this morning that I couldn’t bear to eat it hot😅 So I put in the blender:
1/2 cup of Buckwheat already soaked overnight and cooked with water and salt. 
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of raw honey
Dash of cinnamon and Ice. 
Now optional I added: 2 scoops of #furtherfood collagen peptide and a teaspoon of MCT oil. These two extra ingredients don’t alter the flavor and add to the nutritional value 😃
Bear in mind that for every 100 grs of Buckwheat you get 13g of protein, 3.4 g of fat, 1 mg salt, 460 mg Potassium, 72 g carbohydrates (I guess this would not work if you are on a Keto diet😃) and...12%iron, 10% Vit B6 and 57% Magnessium of your daily intake needed👍🏻

Este fue mi desayuno hoy. Tenía en mente preparar mi trigo sarraceno como si fuera avena pero llegue tan acalorada de sacar a mis perros que cambié rápidamente de opinión y lo prepare frío 😀en la licuadora puse:
1/2 taza de trigo sarraceno preprado con agua y sal (lo remoje toda la noche)
1 taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar 
I cdita de miel
Canela al gusto y hielo
También le agregue (esto es opcional) colageno y aceite MCT. No le altera el sabor y agrega beneficios 😀
Es buen desayuno, llena y por lo menos a mi me ayuda con la curva del hambre. 
Este alimento es altamente nutritivo. Por cada 100g de trigo sarraceno aporta: 13g proteína, 3.4g grasa, 1 mg sodio, 460 mg potasio, 72g carbohidratos y 343 calorías. Además aporta 57% magnesio, 10% vit B6, 12% hierro y fibra entre otros.

Ive got my tiny vegan bread with pesto, avo, sundried tomo, whole seed mustard and sesame seeds and i just keep surprising myself. Yum!!!! Haha, so going plant based and whole foods has been a huge change in how i cook and what i cook its seriously like learning to cook again. I cry when i fail at receipes but im embracing it tears and all lol. Buckwheat is composed of proportionately more starch than other similar seeds like quinoa & amaranth. 100g buckwheat provides 343 calories.

Buckwheat has more B-complex vitamins than that of quinoa, especially riboflavin (vitamin B2) & niacin (vitamin B3). Buckwheat contains minerals like copper, and magnesium. I felt energetic today! I ran from one place to another; my day started superearly  with 2 hours of class, I also started at internship today and I followed my first Spanish spoken lecture (quite challenging...). I wish to sleep a bit more but I am having lots of fun as well. Not gonna lie all I wanted was a chocolate croissant last night but settled for a buckwheat bowl 🤤 I don’t eat oatmeal so when I’m craving oatmeal, buckwheat comes to the rescue. Bald gibt es keine schönen Früchte mehr. 😩Deswegen musste das hier nun heute morgen unbedingt sein: zuerst reichlich Naturjoghurt, dann eine grosse Menge Buchweizenflocken und weiter das Topping aus vielen herrlichen Früchten🍇🍉 Was braucht man da mehr? مقدار غذا: 6 پرس
زمان لازم: 40 دقیقه
سوپ برش « بدون گوشت با باک ویت » - یکی از غذاهای پرطرفدار مردمان روسیه و اکراین بوده که بسیار مطلوب و خوش مزه میباشد و به علت داشتن انواع ویتامینها ، مواد معدنی و سرشار از پروتئین گیاهی ، غذایی کامل بوده که حتی میتوان به عنوان یک وعده غذایی نیز از آن استفاده کرد.
مواد لازم : ( برای 6 پرس )

گندم سیاه – 100 گرم
چغندر قرمز -- 300 گرم
کلم -- 400 گرم
آب – بمقدار لازم
سیب زمینی – 200 گرم
هویج – 50 گرم
پیاز -- یک عدد
نمک – بمقدار لازم
فلفل بلغاری – دو عدد
آب لیمو – بمقدار لازم
روغن یا کره – 80 گرم
جعفری – بمقدار لازم
.گندم سیاه را با آب سرد شسته و آبکشی میکنیم.
.سیب زمینی و چغندر قرمز را به اندازه متوسط و کلم را بصورت رشته ای خرد میکنیم .
.آب را جوشانده ، داخل آن گندم سیاه ، سیب زمینی ، چغندر و کلم  خرد شده را علاوه کرده پس از گذاشتن درب ظرف غذا ، بمدت 20 دقیقه با حرارت ملایم می جوشانیم .
.هویج را با رنده درشت ، رنده میکنیم .
. پیاز و فلفل بلغاری  را به قطعات متوسط خرد میکنیم .
. پیاز ، هویج رنده شده و فلفل بلغاری را داخل ظرف بهمراه روغن که قبلا داغ شده است بمدت 3 – 5 دقیقه تفت میدهیم .
. سبزی جعفری را خرد میکنیم.
. پیاز ، هویج و فلفل بلغاری  تفت داده شده را داخل ظرف غذا ریخته بعد از اضافه کردن نمک ، بمدت 5 – 10 دقیقه می جوشانیم .
. بعد از پخته شدن غذا ، شعله زیر ظرف غذا را خاموش کرده ، آبلیمو و جعفری خرد شده را بداخل آن اضافه و درب ظرف را بسته بمدت 5 – 10 دقیقه استراحت میدهیم .
. اکنون سوپ برش بسیار خوشمزه و مقوی آماده است برای سرو کردن .‌
